- Parking Photos: We require you to take a photo of your parked e-bike at the end of your rental. This serves as evidence of proper parking.

- Identity Verification: We use Stripe ID, a third-party service, to verify your identity. Alpen does not store your identification documents or the raw data from them.
- Payment Information: We use Stripe for payment processing. When you add a payment method, your payment card details are sent directly to Stripe. Alpen does not store your full payment card information. We only retain a token provided by Stripe to process payments for your rentals.

- To Provide and Manage Our Services: To create and manage your account, process your rentals and payments, and provide you with customer support.
- For the Functionality of the App: To show you nearby bikes, track your rides, and allow you to lock and unlock our e-bikes.
